HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

– Marc Phillip Pastoor, 44, current address unavailable, was found guilty Oct. 24 of marijuana delivery and was sentenced Dec. 5 to serve nine months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for two days served; work release authorized; two years probation; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of felony firearms was dismissed.

– David Lee Moore, 49, of 1769 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty Oct. 17 of carrying a weapon with unlawful intent and was sentenced Dec. 5 to a three-month discretionary jail term with credit

for two days served; six months probation; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of marijuana possession and one count of felony firearms were dismissed.

– Adam Michael Snyder, 34, of 963 Fleming Ave., Muskegon, was found

guilty Oct. 24 of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and was sentenced Dec. 6 to serve four months up front of an 11-month jail term with credit for one day served; work release authorized; driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days; 18 months probation; and $500 in fines and costs.

– Markie Marie Castillo, 26, of 5497 E. Deer Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty Oct. 24 of false report of a felony and was sentenced Dec. 5 to a 90-day discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $400 in fines and costs. “If defendant successfully completes probation, she will be allowed to withdraw her plea to this felony charge and enter a new plea to a misdemeanor,” according to court records.

– Ricky James Burgess, 27, of 221 Amy Court, Lot 4, Grant, was found guilty Oct. 24 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Dec. 6 to serve six months up front of an 11-month discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; work release authorized; two years probation; and $800 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended was dismissed. The court has no objection if defendant can arrange to serve his sentence in Newaygo County, his court file states.

– Jason Timothy Lonsbury, 35, of 2374 W. Pike Rd., New Era, was found guilty Oct. 25 of embezzlement $1,000-$20,000 and was

sentenced Dec. 5 to serve 45 days up front of a 90-day discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; $1,400 in restitution to Wesco; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Levi Alan Richard, 19, of 3591 S. Water Rd., New Era, was found guilty

Oct. 25 of third-degree home invasion and was sentenced Dec. 5 to serve 45 days up front of a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for 13 days served; two years probation; no contact with the victim; $2,581 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. “If defendant successfully completes his term of probation, he may withdraw his plea and enter a plea to a misdemeanor,” court records state.

– Wade Jeffery Holman, 26, of 6529 Middle Lake Rd., Twin Lake, was found guilty Oct. 17 of failure to comply with sex offender registration reporting duties and was sentenced Dec. 5 to serve 30 days up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Michael Thomas Sturtevant, 44, of 7705 Riverside Lane, Hesperia, was found guilty Oct. 24 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Dec. 5 to serve four months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 23 days served; work released authorized; two years probation; must comply with electronic monitoring (tether) or Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) for 90 days when referred to a probation agent; and $800 in fines and costs.
