Police seek missing woman.

ROTHBURY — The Oceana County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Jackey Renee Berry, 33, of Rothbury, according to Det. Shane Hasty.

“She was last seen by family members at approximately 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, walking toward a wooded area near her residence, but in a depressed state,” Hasty said. “She was wearing proper attire for the weather, but as of now she is still unaccounted for.”

Berry is described as a white female, 5’7″ tall and 120 pounds with brown shoulder-length hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing Carhartt bibs and a wool-type sweater over other clothing, the detective said. She lives in Oceana Shores in Rothbury, he said.

A K9 team from Muskegon County has been called to the scene to search for Berry, Hasty said. He stressed that if anyone has been in contact with her Tuesday, Dec. 6, they should contact police.
