HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Davis

– Albert Davis, 29, of 9282 S. 192nd Ave., Holton, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of heroin possession. Preliminary conference: Dec. 12 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Johnny Leslie Linville, 28, of 7468 E.

Linville

M 20, Hesperia, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for two felony counts of operating/maintaining a methamphetamine laboratory. Preliminary exam: Dec. 12 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Related story here

Misdemeanors

– Lisa Marie Shafer, 36, of 4435 N. 152nd Ave., Walkerville; OCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Alexandra Ann Greiner, 28, of 1370 Monroe Rd., Hart; Michigan State Police (MSP); escape lawful custody and harboring a misdemeanant. Pretrial: Dec. 6 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Elizabeth Ann Beduhn, 35, of 976 4 Mile Rd., NW, Apt. 3B, Kent, Michigan; operating without security (no insurance). Pretrial: Dec. 6 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Cadyn Charles Collins, 24, of 7256 Post Rd., Montague; DNR; excessive deer bait. Pretrial: Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
