HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Sarah Marie Linville, 26, of 7466 E. M-20, Hesperia, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’ Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for two felony counts of operating/maintaining a methamphetamine laboratory. Preliminary conference: Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Related story here
– Casey Jesus Melchor, 26, of 578 S. Harvey St., Shelby, was arrested
Nov. 20 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and misdemeanors of second-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary conference: Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
High-court misdemeanor
– Dennis Ray Davis III, 24, of 605 Douglas St., North Muskegon; Hart Police Department; fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary conference: Dec. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Morgan Renee Worth, 35, of 916 N. 34th Ave., Mears; Nov. 12; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 6 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Patrick Daniel Busman, 36, of 3520 W. 112th St., Grant; OCSO; failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Dec. 6 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
