HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
– Isidoro Flores-Gomez, Jr., 22, of 263 W. 6th St., Shelby, was found guilty Oct. 10 of third-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and was sentenced Nov. 21 to serve six months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 107 days served; two years probation; and $800 in fines and costs.
– Cody Allen Glover, 26, of 3624 W. Hogan Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty Nov. 21 of a misdemeanor of marijuana possession through an amended sentence. “Defendant successfully completed his terms of probation and is eligible to withdraw his guilty plea to the felony charge of delivery/manufacture of marijuana per plea agreement given at his pretrial hearing on Nov. 26, 2012,” his court file states.
