SHELBY — A 26-year-old Shelby man was arrested by Michigan State Police troopers from the Hart post Sunday, Nov. 20, at 9:50 p.m. on charges of fleeing and eluding, second-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended on Oceana Drive near Kelly Street, said MSP Sgt. Charles Hockanson.

Friday, Nov. 18, 2016:

• 8:10 p.m., fraud complaint, 800 block of 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.

Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016:

• 1:46 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injuries, Shelby Road and 64th Avenue, Shelby Township.

Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016:

• 2:35 a.m., a 22-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for marijuana possession, Maple Island Road and State Street, Village of Hesperia.

• 7:53 p.m., vehicle vs. power pole crash, Wilke Road and 112th Avenue, Grant Township.
