HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Kidner

Kidner

– Jacob Nathaniel Kidner, 21, of 2127 Whitehall Rd., North Muskegon, pleaded “no contest” Sept. 30 to assault by strangulation and was sentenced Nov. 7 to a minimum of one year and one day to a maximum of 10 years in prison with credit for 144 days served in jail and $675.95 in fines, costs and restitution. One count of first-degree home invasion was dismissed.

– Zachary Adam Ohrling, 25, of 170 Winter St., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 12

of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and was sentenced Nov. 7 to serve six months up front of a nine-month discretionary jail term with credit for two days served; 18 months probation; and $800 in fines and costs. One count of fleeing and eluding police was dismissed.

Wilson

Wilson

– Robert Alan Wilson, 53, of 3942 S. 198th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 26 of third-offense OWI and was sentenced Nov. 7 to serve six months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 78 days served; two years probation; $800 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended was dismissed.
