HART — A 23-year-old Hart man was cited by Hart police after crashing into a parked vehicle Saturday, Nov. 5, at 6:03 p.m. in the 200 block of Hart Street.
The crash occurred after the man dropped a pack of cigarettes in his vehicle and apparently looked down to pick them back up, said Hart Police Chief Juan Salazar. He received minor facial injuries and was checked out by Oceana EMS at the scene. The man was privately transported to Lakeshore Hospital in Shelby, Salazar said.
