Hart man ejected in rollover crash.

WEARE TOWNSHIP — A 46-year-old Hart man was ejected from the vehicle he was driving during a one-vehicle rollover crash Sunday evening, Nov. 6, on West VanBuren Road between Oceana Drive and 72nd Avenue, according to Oceana County Sheriff’s Office Det. Shane Hasty.
“He was not conscious but breathing,” Hasty said. The man was transported by Oceana EMS to Hackley Hospital in Muskegon. A passenger, who is a 47-year-old Montague man, refused medical treatment, Hasty said.
It is believed that the injured man was not wearing a seatbelt, and alcohol may have been a factor in the 7:15 p.m. crash, the detective said.
In addition to the sheriff’s office and Oceana EMS, the Hart Area Fire Department and the Hart post of the Michigan State Police responded to the scene.
No other information was immediately available.
