HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Carr

– Kenneth Eugene Carr, 18, of 6981 128th Ave., Rothbury, was arrested Oct. 27 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under age 13. Preliminary conference: Nov. 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $150,000/cash/surety. According to his court file, the alleged incident occurred Oct. 26 in Grant Township.

– Andrew Michael Martin, 22, of 19009 Grotto Lane, Germantown, Maryland, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary conference: Nov. 7 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Misdemeanors

– Travis Arden Clements, 34, of 5622 Water Rd., New Era; Oct. 13; MSP; assault and battery. Pretrial: Nov. 15 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– James Richard Bowler, 22, of 2510 W. Meadow Lane, Rothbury; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office; operating without security (no insurance). Pretrial: Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
