Lewis’ Farm Market offers $1,000 reward.

GRANT TOWNSHIP — Lewis’ Farm Market is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of the parties responsible for the weekend break-in, according to Oceana County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Craig Mast.

lewis_farm_marketThe sheriff’s office is seeking the public’s help in tracking down suspects who broke into the popular farm market Saturday night, Oct. 22, and stole money from coin machines.

“On Sunday morning, the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Lewis’ Farm Market at 4180 West M-20 for a break-in complaint,” states a press release from Mast. “Deputies found that during the night suspects had broken in and smashed several coin-operated machines taking the coins from those machines. The suspects also did damage to doors within the market and caused other damage. This investigation is still ongoing, and if anyone would have information about who may have been involved we ask that they call the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office at 231-873-2121.”
