HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Jacobs

– Aaron Vaughn Jacobs, 30, of 7044 N. 92nd Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for felonies of illegal use of a financial transaction device; stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent; larceny from a person; and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Oct. 24 at 3 p.m. Bail:

– Mitchell Alan Clark, 22, of 4509 Surrey Way, Evansville, Indiana, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and delivery/manufacture of schedule 1, 2, 3 drug. – Travis Arden Clements, 34, of 5622 Water Rd., Rothbury, was arrested

Misdemeanors

– Wade Jeffery Holman, 26, of 6529 Middle Lake Rd., Twin Lake was arrested by MSP for a high-court misdemeanor of failure to comply with sex offender act reporting duties. Bail: $2,500/personal. Case was bound over to circuit court to appear Dec. 5 at 9 a.m.
