78th District Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Danielle Autumn Ostrander, 29, of 5035 Barry St., Hudsonville, was found guilty Oct. 11 of operating while impaired and sentenced to 34 days in jail with credit for 34 days served; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $650 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants were dismissed.

– Tomas Parra Morales, 35, of 6095 W. Taylor Rd., Mears, was found guilty Oct. 11 of operating while impaired and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $215 in fines and costs. “Court reduced fines and costs due to time served,” according to court records. He was also found guilty of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders and credit for time served if imposed. Convictions reportable to SOS. One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) was dismissed.

– Luiz Gonzalez-Martinez, 29, of 872 N. 88th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 11 of possession of firearms on a restricted premises and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. “If defendant shows proper paperwork for gun, the gun can be released to defendant,” his court file states. One count of possession of a firearm while under the influence was dismissed.

– Yesenia Jovana Madrigal, 36, of 101 S. 72nd Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Oct. 11 of letting an unlicensed minor operate a vehicle and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $300 in fines and costs.

– Krista Rochelle Aslakson, 30, of 7112 Woodrow Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Oct. 11 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs.

– Jaime Regalado, 45, of 188 Walnut St., Shelby, was found guilty Oct. 7 of DWLS and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. He was also found guilty of unlawful use of license plates and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $85 in fines and costs.

– Matthew Michael Sarber, 28, of 7062 S, Apple Hill Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Oct. 11 of possession of open intoxicants and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $125 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
