78th District Court arraignments include child abuse, drug charges.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Brettschneider

– William Brettschneider, 38, of 5120 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested Oct. 1 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-degree child abuse. Preliminary conference: Oct. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Gabriel Saxon Fisher, 23, of 3 Greenbrier Drive, Fredericksburg, Virginia, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of

Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of delivery/manufacture of marijuana; two counts of carrying concealed weapons; and felony firearm. Preliminary conference: Oct. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Joey Jon Amato, 46, of 235 Harrison Rd., Lombard, Illinois, was arrested by SSCENT for felonies of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and possession of heroin, cocaine or another narcotic less than 25 grams.
