27th Circuit Court sentencings include larceny, police property destruction.

HART — The following were sentenced this week in 27th Circuit Court:

Rameau

– Adam Rameau, 22, of 1531 Carmil Drive, Muskegon, was found guilty Aug. 29 of two counts of larceny in a building and was sentenced Oct. 10 to two concurrent terms of 17 months to four years in prison, with credit for 192 days served, and $266 in fines and costs. His sentence runs concurrently to two Muskegon County cases, according to his court file. A third count of larceny in a building was dismissed.

destruction of police property and was sentenced Oct. 10 to serve six months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 31 days served; 18 months probation; $715.59 in restitution to the Shelby Police Department; no alcohol/drugs; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.

– Jennifer Ann Rodriguez, 39, of 84 E. 18th St., Holland, was found guilty Aug. 15 of food stamp fraud and was sentenced Oct. 10 to six months discretionary jail with credit for one day served; three years probation; $8,353.09 in restitution to the State of Michigan; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Daniel Ryan Murphy, 31, of 4501 Congress Dr., Midland, pleaded “no Murphy, Danielcontest” Aug. 29 to delivery of heroin less than 50 grams and was sentenced Oct. 10 to one year and one day to 20 years in prison and $258 in fines and costs. Charges of heroin delivery causing death and felony firearms (two counts) were dismissed.
