Fuel thefts top police activity.

The following is recent police activity:

Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016:

• 4:40 p.m., (Hart Police Department), gas drive-off, $42 in fuel stolen, BP gas station, State Street, City of Hart.

• 7:30 p.m., (HPD), gas drive-off, $34.45 in fuel stolen, BP gas station, State Street, City of Hart.

Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016:

• 1:10 p.m., (HPD), larceny from an unlocked vehicle, DVD player stolen, 200 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Oct. 7, 2016:

• 8:07 a.m., (HPD), two-car crash, two people were checked by EMS, one driver was issued a citation for failure to yield, Oceana Drive and Polk Road, City of Hart.

Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016:

• 3:30 a.m., (Michigan State Police), domestic assault, no arrests, 500 block of North Oceana Drive, Hart Township.

Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016:

• 11 a.m., (HPD), gas drive-off, $35 in fuel taken, Mobile gas station, Polk Road, City of Hart.

• 10:10 p.m., (MSP), assault, under investigation, Section 17, Leavitt Township.
