HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Moore

– David Lee Moore, 49, of 1769 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was arrested Sept. 13 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for felonies of carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent and felony firearm and a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. Preliminary conference: Oct. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Anthony David Ware, 24, of 7968 S. 80th Ave., Rothbury, was

arrested Sept. 17 by OCSO for a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and a misdemeanor of refusal to obey a police officer’s traffic order. Preliminary conference: Oct. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
