Asparagus queen, WSB boost ag program.

HART — Asparagus Queen Mary Harris recently gave the West Shore Educational Service District AgriScience Program a $1,000 boost thanks to a donation from West Shore Bank.

Harris, who is sponsored by North Central Co-Op in Hart, presented the $1,000 check to Jorhie Beadle, who is the WSESD Career Tech Education agriscience instructor at West Shore Community College.

WSB donated $500 toward NAF’s $1,000 scholarship/charitable donation program.
