– Katherine Glover, 32, of 15065 Tess Court, Grand Haven, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for felony counts of forgery and uttering/publishing stemming from an April 2014 incident. Preliminary conference: Oct. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of possession of cocaine, heroin or other narcotic less than 25 grams stemming from a June 22, 2016 incident in Grant Township. Preliminary conference: Sept. 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jonah Evan Zucker, 21, of 79 Maroon Peak Circle, Dillon, Colorado, was arrested by SSCENT for felonies of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1, 2, 3 drug stemming from a June 25, 2016 incident in Grant Township. Misdemeanors

– Wesley John Hanks, AKA John Wesley Hanks, 52, of 216 Lincoln St., Hart; MSP; malicious destruction of trees, shrubs, crops, grass, turf, soil less than $200 and police radio receivers/scanners – use in the commission of a misdemeanor. Pretrial: Oct. 4 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Bernard Beltran, 22, of 2791 E. Warren Rd., Shelby; Sept. 18; OCSO; operating while intoxicated, driving while license suspended and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 4 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Theodore Alan Smith, 43, of 2088 Joy St., Mears; Hart Police Department; two counts of third-degree retail fraud in separate files stemming from Aug. 28 and Sept. 6 incidents. Pretrial: Oct. 4 at 4 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
