– Jose Alfredo Cintura, Jr., 21, of 778 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was arrested Aug. 31 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of second-degree home invasion. Preliminary conference: Sept. 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
