PENTWATER TOWNSHIP — Two fifths of Patron-brand tequila were reported stolen in the 9000 block of Business 31 Monday, Sept. 12, at 4:06 p.m., according to the Hart post of the Michigan State Police.

Friday, Sept. 9, 2016:

• 6:20 p.m., (Hart Police Department), a 26-year-old Mears woman as arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop, West Polk Road and Parmington Street, City of Hart.

• 9:30 p.m., (HPD), threatening phone calls, 300 block of Riverside Drive, City of Hart.

• 11:30 p.m., (MSP), a 24-year-old Muskegon woman was arrested on a warrant, Lincoln Road, Hart Township.

Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016:

• 2:09 a.m., (MSP), a 31-year-old Montague man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated and operating without a license, Oceana Drive and Roosevelt Road, Grant Township.

• 3:12 p.m., (HPD), domestic assault, report forwarded to Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office, 200 block of South Courtland Street, City of Hart.

• 8:36 p.m., (MSP), a 27-year-old Rothbury woman was arrested for disorderly conduct, 7000 block of South 88th Avenue, Grant Township.

Monday, Sept. 12, 2016:

• 2 p.m., (HPD), picnic table thrown down enbankment, Dairy Delight, Main Street, City of Hart.

• 4:40 p.m., (MSP), a 25-year-old Shelby woman was arrested for operating without insurance, Monroe Road and 144th Avenue, Crystal Township.

• 8:24 p.m., (HPD), larceny of clothing and personal items, items were recovered, case is under investigation, 100 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.

• 9:30 p.m., (HPD), reported prowler, investigation revealed children were ringing doorbells in the neighboorhood, Apple Street, City of Hart.

• 11 p.m., (HPD), semi truck hit a retaining wall on the south side of ShopKo’s parking lot, no injuries, City of Hart.
