Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016:

• 10:18 p.m., (Hart Police Department), assault and battery, report forwarded to Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office, East Main and State streets.

Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016:

• 12:25 a.m., (Michigan State Police), larceny of a truck battery, 7000 block of West Fox Road, Golden Township.

• 11:50 a.m., (MSP), a 31-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Oceana Drive, Grant Township.

• 2:39 p.m., (HPD), larceny of medication, 1000 block of Parmington Street, Hart.

• 6:15 p.m., (MSP), malicious destruction of property (MDOP) to a van, 1000 block of 24th Avenue, Benona Township.

• 9:33 p.m., (HPD), domestic assault, report to submitted to Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office, 300 block of Courtland Street, Hart.

Friday, Aug. 19, 2016:

• 2:20 a.m., (MSP), a 43-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI) and transporting open intoxicants and a 29-year-old New Era woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant, Winston Road and Oceana Drive, Grant Township.

• 11:45 p.m., (HPD), a 29-year-old Holton man was cited for DWLS, Oceana Drive and Tyler Road, Hart.

Saturday, Aug. 20, 2016:

• 1:17 a.m., (MSP), a 21-year-old Shelby man was arrested for OWI following a two-vehicle crash, 5000 block of South Oneida Drive, Grant Township.

• 11:45 a.m., (MSP), larceny of bee hives, 168th Avenue, Colfax Township.

• 8:55 p.m., (MSP), a 28-year-old Shelby man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, Oceana Drive and Buchanan Road, Shelby Township.

• 10 p.m., (MSP), stolen purse, 4000 block of West M-20, Shelby Township.

• 10:58 p.m., (MSP), a 53-year-old Scottville man was arrested for OWI, Madison Road and 192nd Avenue, Colfax Township.

Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016:

• 2 a.m., (MSP), breaking and entering to a residence, 2000 block of 184th Avenue, Leavitt Township.

• (HPD), breaking and entering involving the theft of a TV, entry may have been gained through an open window, 200 block of State Street, Hart.

• 1:42 p.m., (HPD), a 44-year-old Hart man was arrested on a Friend of the Court bench warrant, 400 block of Griswold Street, Hart.

• 4:45 p.m., (MSP), a 37-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for DWLS and narcotics possession, Meadow Lane and Driftwood Drive, Grant Township.
