HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– James Quinton Feddick, 26, of 4838 Lakeshore Dr., Holland, was found guilty Aug. 16 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of intoxicants in a motor vehicle dismissed.

– Joshua James Pagura, 36, of 1663 N. 136th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 16 of stray livestock and sentenced to 90 days at the court’s discretion over the next one year and $225 in fines and costs.

– William Walker Hamilton, 24, of 110 Duane St., Vernon, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 16 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating a motor vehicle without security (no insurance) dismissed.
