HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Fuller

– Mitchell Sidney Fuller, 27, of 507 Church St., Hart, was arrested Aug. 8 by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on one felony count of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic 50-449 grams and three felony counts of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 50 grams and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Aug. 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Rodriguez

– Magdaleno Rodriguez, 31, of 395 E. Main St., Walkerville, was arrested Aug. 8 by SSCENT on one felony count of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic 50-449 grams and three felony counts of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 50 grams and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: Aug. 22 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

– Scott Allen Robeck, 25, of 3777 Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested Aug.

Wilson

– Robert Alan Wilson, 53, of 3942 S. 198th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested Aug. 3 by the Hesperia Police Department for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary conference: Aug. 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Bradfield

– Gregory Robert Bradfield, 36, of 9550 Silver Creek Rd., Whitehall, was arrested Aug. 3 by OCSO for a felony of third-offense OWI and and a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Preliminary conference: Aug. 15 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
