HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Johnny Justin Garza, 25, of 528 E. Jackson Rd., Hart, was found guilty July 27 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.

– Shayne Joseph Fox, 29, of 420 S. Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 1 of improper medical marijuana transport and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $450 in fines and costs.

– Harry Joseph Rybacki, 42, of 2536 Sycamore St., Twin Lake, was found guilty July 27 of DWLS and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– David Joseph Pugh, 27, of 18582 Almy Rd., Howard City, Michigan, was found guilty July 27 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without security/no insurance dismissed.
