CLAYBANKS TOWNSHIP — A 52-year-old Montague man was arrested for third-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended (DWLS) by Michigan State Police troopers from the Hart post Saturday, July 23, at 7:35 p.m. at 64th Avenue and Winston Road.

Friday, July 22, 2016:
- 6:27 p.m., a 47-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a crash at Webster Road and Scenic Drive, Claybanks Township.
Saturday, July 23, 2016:
- 3:35 a.m., a 26-year-old Shelby man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 3000 block of Baseline Road, Shelby Township.
Sunday, July 24, 2016:
- 9:30 a.m., one-vehicle rollover crash involving minor injuries, US 31 and Shelby Road, Shelby Township.
- 2:15 p.m., a 39-year-old Shelby man was arrested for possession of marijuana, no insurance and improper plate, State Street, City of Hart.
- 6:50 p.m., a 21-year-old Montague man was arrested on a fugitive warrant for failure to appear, 80th Avenue and Winston Road, Grant Township.
