HART TOWNSHIP — Firefighters from three departments responded to a fire at a vacant house located at 4794 N. Oceana Drive Sunday night about 8:30 p.m. Upon arrival, Hart Fire Department reported flames coming from the house, located on the southeast corner of Oceana Drive and VanBuren Road on the Hart-Weare townships line. Hart Fire Chief Ken Klotz said, at the time of this posting, he did not know how the fire originated but did know it started somewhere in the back of the house, which appeared to be an addition. Most of the fire damage appeared to be in the back of the house as well.
