HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

– Julie Ann Theodore, 32, of 6981 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) July 10 for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary conference: July 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
