GRANT TOWNSHIP — The Hart post of the Michigan State Police received reports of stolen animal costumes and costume balloons at the Electric Forest Festival Monday, June 27.

The animal costume larceny was reported at 2 a.m., and the balloon larceny was reported at 7:15 p.m.
