HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Dustin Alan Lydens, 30, of 3615 N. 64th Ave., Hart, was found guilty June 20 of domestic violence and sentenced to nine days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; six months probation; $550 in fines and costs; not to purchase or possess a firearm; no alcohol/drugs; subject to testing, counseling and searches as required by probation officer; and no contact with the victim.

– Cord Alan Spencer, 26, of 337 Lane Ave., Holland, was found guilty June 20 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $440 in fines costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Cristy Ann Pider, 33, of 7640 E. Yonker Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty June 20 of operating while impaired and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Alan Richard Burrows, 37, of 6462 Northland Dr., Rockford, was found guilty June 20 of DWLS and sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $440 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Oscar Borrego, 39, of 354 Pine St., Shelby, was found guilty May 16 of possession of marijuana and sentenced June 20 to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted 150 days; six months probation; $925 in fines and costs; not to purchase or possess a firearm; subject to testing, counseling and searches as required by probation officer; and no contact with probationers or felons. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of driving while license not valid dismissed.

– Marcos Bradley Moul, 22, of 425 S. State St., Hart, pleaded “no contest” June 20 to loitering and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $225 in fines and costs.

– Sara Tice, 21, of 5178 W. Fox Rd., Hart, was found guilty March 21 and April 19 of receiving and concealing stolen property $100-$200 in two separate files and was sentenced June 20 to 90 days in jail; one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and a $75 fine. One count of receiving and concealing stolen property $200-$1,000 was dismissed.
