HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Julie Ann Lapree, 34, of 277 N. State St., Shelby, was found guilty April 18 of domestic violence and sentenced June 13 to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; no contact with the victim; six months probation; and $975 in fines and costs. One felony count of interfering with electronic communications was dismissed.
– Jordan Daniel Yokubonus, 20, of 1068 Hampden Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty June 10 of minor in possession alcohol (MIP) and sentenced to 90 days deferred and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). Case will be dismissed in deferral is successfully completed.
– Anthony Edward Feltman, 34, of 3646 E. Arthur Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty June 14 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs.
– Matthew Ronald Kroes, 43, of 9190 E. 96th St., Howard City, was found guilty June 14 of assault and battery and sentenced to 18 days in jail with credit for 18 days served; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence in the next six months; credit for time served if imposed; and $450 in fines and costs.
– Justin Lee Hambright, 28, of 6300 N. 104th Ave., Hart, was found guilty June 14 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Matthew Allen Lattin, 30, of 70 W. South St., Hesperia, was found guilty May 23 of assault and battery and sentenced June 13 to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; no contact with the victim; six months probation; not to purchase/possess a firearm; subject to testing, searches and counseling as directed by probation; no alcohol/drugs; no contact with probationers or felons; and $975 in fines and costs.
– Eric Lee Pokorny, 30, of 6350 N. 104th Ave., Apt. B, Hart, was found uguilty June 13 of disorderly person – jostling and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.
– Bobby Jo Scheel, 34, of 8875 E. 13 Mile Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty June 13 assault and battery and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; no contact with the victim; six months probation; not to purchase/possess a firearm; subject to testing, searches and counseling as directed by probation; no alcohol/drugs; no contact with probationers or felons; and $925 in fines and costs.
– Jeffrey Dean McCann, 55, of 792 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, was found guilty June 13 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $250 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
