Shelby man arrested for drunk driving following crash.

SHELBY TOWNSHIP — Michigan State Police troopers from the Hart post arrested a 48-year-old Shelby man for operating while intoxicated following a crash Saturday, June 11, at 2:20 p.m. in the 7000 block of West Shelby Road.

Friday, June 10, 2016:

– 3:05 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Tyler Road and 144th Avenue, Elbridge Township.

Saturday, June 11, 2016:

– 2 a.m., (MSP), one-vehicle crash involving minor injuries, US 31 and Winston Road, Grant Township.

– 7:36 p.m., (Hart Police Department), a 23-year-old Hart man was arrested for assault and battery for allegedly punching a male victim in the chest, Mechanic Street, City of Hart.

– 8:56 p.m., (MSP), a 54-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for domestic assault, 6000 block of 192nd Avenue, Village of Walkerville.

Sunday, June 12, 2016:

– 2:40 a.m., (MSP), operating while intoxicated arrest, Oceana Drive and Buchanan Road, Shelby Township. (Suspect information not immediately available.)

– 1:34 p.m., (MSP), a 55-year-old New Era man was arrested for breaking and entering, 5000 block of Oenida Trail, Grant Township.

– 10:50 p.m., (MSP), domestic assault, case is under investigation, 2000 block of Connie, Grant Township.
