HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– William Bradley Simons, 51, of 5830 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty April 26 of operating while intoxicated and sentenced June 6 to six days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; defendant may take name off title within 30 days or the court will immobilize for 90 days; outpatient treatment; six months probation; $1,680 in fines and costs; not to purchase or possess a firearm; subject to counseling, testing and searches by probation; no contact with probationers or felons; no assaultive behavior; and no alcohol/drugs. One count of second-offense operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Maria Escamilla, 63, of 6750 128th Ave., Hart, was found guilty June 6 of illegal entry and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of larceny in a building was dismissed.

– JD Moore, 53, of 7531 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty June 6 of operating while intoxicated and sentenced to outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $415 in fines and costs. One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jesus Manuel Escamilla, 61, of 6750 128th Ave., Hart, was found guilty June 6 of illegal entry and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of larceny in a building was dismissed.

– Cody Lee Conarty, 23, of 1979 N. Green Creek Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty June 6 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Nicole Lynn Kaiser, 27, of 101 Y Rd., Sevierville, Tennessee, was found guilty June 6 of operating while intoxicated and sentenced to three days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; six months probation; $1,665 in fines and costs; not to purchase or possess a firearm; subject to testing, searches and counseling by probation; no alcohol/drugs; no contact with probationers or felons; no assaultive behavior; and no alcohol/drugs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Sara Anne Dwyer, 26, of 7079 E. Sandra Koy Ave., Fountain, was found guilty June 6 of operating while impaired and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $615 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Latrell Marquice Sullivan, 23, of 2116 7th St., Muskegon, was found guilty June 6 of driving while license suspended and sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $440 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
