HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Villanueva

– Skyler Joseph Villanueva, 26, of 461 E. Main St., Hart, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of embezzlement – agent or trustee $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary conference: June 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Cargo Gas Station is the victim in the case.

– Jordan Alexander Wells, 17, of 258 Third St., Pentwater, was arrested

by the Pentwater Police Department for three felony counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim 13-15 years of age. Preliminary conference: June 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Seymour

– Edwin Scott Seymour, 23, of 417 N. State St., Apt. 20, Shelby, was arrested May 28 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of third-degree fleeing a police officer. Preliminary conference: June 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Armando Gregorio Gutierrez, 26, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of larceny

in a building for allegedly stealing an iPhone 6. Preliminary conference: June 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Gutierrez was also arrested June 4 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: June 29 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Brent Norman Ginter, 23, of 3635 Culver Rd., Ludington, was arrested June 2 by MSP for a felony of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary conference: June 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
