HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Angelena Bigsby, 31, of 5390 N. 88th Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 25 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of failure to report an accident was dismissed.

– Jesse James Anderson, 18, of 4560 Michillinda Rd., Whitehall, was found guilty of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS dismissed.

– Joshua Jon Evans, 19, of 2216 N. 122nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty May 25 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. Prosecutor will dismiss the case after three months if there are no further problems. One count of minor in possession of alcohol (MIP) dismissed.
