Fonseca

– Ottoniel Fonseca, 20, of 211 Dryden St., Hart, was arrested May 13 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for three felony counts of third-degree CSC. Preliminary conference: May 23 at 3 p.m. Bail: $250,000/cash. According to court records, the case involves the alleged sexual assault a 14-year-old female victim.

– Matthew Allen Lattin, 30, of 70 W. South St., Hesperia, was arrested April 30 by the Michigan State Police
