HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

– Darin Colt Cunningham, 33, of 8950 East Newfield Dr., Hesperia, was found guilty March 16 of operating/maintaining a methamphetamine lab. He was sentenced May 9 to serve 145 days forthwith of an 11-month discretionary jail term with credit for 145 days served; $400 in fines and costs; and driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days. Sentence runs concurrently with a Newaygo County case. One count of operating/maintaining a methamphetamine lab was dismissed.

– Sara Lynn Tice, 21, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Jan.

27 of uttering and publishing. Her Holmes Youthful Trainee Act (HYTA) status was revoked May 9 and she was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for 25 days served; two years probation; and $498 in fines and costs. One count of forgery was dismissed.

– Gordon Allen Reed, 39, of 88 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty May 9 of a misdemeanor count of possession of a switchblade and sentenced to serve 34 days forthwith of one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 34 days served; $1,234.36 in restitution; $400 in fines and costs; and must forfeit weapon. Counts of carrying a concealed weapon; carrying a weapon with unlawful intent; and malicious destruction of property (MDOP) were dismissed.

guilty May 9 of attempted larceny and sentenced to serve 30 days forthwith of a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for 30 days served and $300 in fines and costs. One count of attempted common law fraud was dismissed.

– Ryan Todd Lorenzen, 35, of 6088 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 28, 2015 of receiving and concealing property valued between $1,000-$20,000. He was sentenced May 9 to serve three months forthwith of a nine-month discretionary jail term with credit for 60 days served; 18 months probation; $1,750 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of larceny $1,000-$20,000 was dismissed.

guilty Dec. 7, 2015 of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. She was sentenced May 9 to serve four months forthwith of a nine-month discretionary jail term with credit for 36 days served; 18 months probation; $400 in fines and costs; and driver’s license suspended one year/restricted after 60 days.

– Jason Marshall Barnes, 36, of 511 S. Mears St., Whitehall, was found guilty April 11 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. He was sentenced May 9 to serve six months of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 75 days served and $400 in fines and costs.

104th Ave., Rothbury, pleaded “no contest” March 21 to larceny from a person and sentenced May 9 to serve 196 days forthwith of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 196 days served; two years probation; and $400 in fines and costs.
