HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Roberto Loza-Riveria, 22, of 503 S. State St., Apt. 3, Hart, was found guilty May 10 of operating with a high blood alcohol content and sentenced to 25 days in jail; 180 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; no alcohol; $1,085 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of no insurance was dismissed.

– Alexander Kyle Hamann, 24, of 7728 Michigan, Rothbury, was found guilty May 11 of failure to report an accident and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $325 in fines and costs.

– Jesse James Bays, 34, of 4375 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty May 10 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) dismissed.

– Robert John Engstrom, 35, of 7781 S. 48th Ave., Montague, was found guilty May 10 of operating without a license and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $300 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Christopher Paul Replogle, 22, of 5465 E. Deer Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty May 10 of DWLS and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Nicole Marie Johnson, 37, of 5770 W. 7th St., Mears, was found guilty May 10 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days at the court’s discretion over the next year and $290 in fines and costs.

– Wyatt Scott Hoffman, 24, of 406 Filer St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was found guilty May 10 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days at the court’s discretion over the next year and $290 in fines and costs.

– Carley Richard West, 43, of 5850 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty May 10 of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $290 in fines and costs.
