HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Tanner

– Fred Austin Tanner, Jr., 29, of 69 S. 56th Ave., Mears, was arrested April 29 by MSP for felonies of first-degree home invasion, firearms – possession by a felon; felony firearm; and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary conference: May 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.
