The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Korbin Cruz Garcia, 21, of 4820 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty March 17 of receiving and concealing $1,000-$20,000 and sentenced April 25 to serve eight months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 148 days served; 18 months probation; $400 in fines and costs; no alcohol/drugs; and a 10 p.m. curfew. One count of first-degree home invasion and one count of felony firearms were dismissed.

months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 62 days served; $1,750 in restitution; $400 in fines and costs; two years probation; and no alcohol/drugs. One count of larceny $1,000-$20,000 was dismissed.

Brandon Lee Dupont, 22, of 420 Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 23, 2015 of possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. His Holmes Youthful Trainee Act (HYTA) status was revoked and he was sentenced April 25 to serve 30 days up front of a 90-day discretionary jail term with credit for five days served and work release allowed; driver’s license suspended six months/restricted after 30 days; 18 months probation; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) was dismissed

Phillip Edward Houston, 53, of 414 Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 23 of third-offense OUIL and sentenced April 25 to serve six months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with

credit for 33 days served; 18 months probation; driver’s license revoked; and $758 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.

Bruce Allen Carrier, 57, of 3014 128th Ave., Hart, was found guilty March 14 of failure to comply with sex offender registration duties and sentenced April 25 to serve 30 days up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; one year probation; $400 in fines and costs; work release allowed; no alcohol/drugs; and must register as a sex offender.

Feb. 23 of breaking and entering with intent and sentenced April 25 to serve six months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for three days served; two years probation; and $400 in fines and costs. Sentence runs concurrently with a Muskegon County case. One count of lying to a peace officer was dismissed.

Tazz Jim-Lee Robinson, 22, of 13542 Pinewood Dr., Grand Haven, was found guilty Feb. 23 of larceny from a person and sentenced April 25 to serve 10 months up front of a one-year discretionary jail term with credit for 163 days served and $400 in fines and costs.
