HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:
Felony
– Julie Ann Theodore, 31, of 6981 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested April 18 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of lying to a peace officer. Preliminary conference: May 2 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Tyler Scott Tanis, 18, of 2137 Mayfair Ave., Free Soil; April 24; Hart Police Department; possession of marijuana. Pretrial: May 10 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Sara Jessica Thomas, 24, of 803 Lumberjack Dr., Mears; April 26; Michigan State Police; driving while license suspended and operating without security.
– Cristy Ann Pider, 33, of 7640 E. Yonker Rd., Hesperia; April 26; OCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 10 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/personal recognizance.
