Police investigate break-in, lumber theft.

Wednesday, April 27, 2016:

3 p.m., (Michigan State Police, Hart post) lumber was stolen during a breaking and entering, 7000 block of N. 136th Ave., Crystal Township.

7 p.m., (MSP), fraud, 5000 block of S. 44th Ave., Claybanks Township.

Sunday, April 24, 2016:

11:23 p.m., (Hart Police Department), an 18-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for possession of marijuana, 300 block of Peach St., City of Hart. A warrant may be issued for another suspect who allegedly ran from the vehicle where the suspected marijuana was found. The vehicle was sitting in a parking area, and when it was approached by an officer, the second suspect ran away, said Hart Police Chief Dan Leimback. Suspected marijuana was found scattered around in the vehicle, Leimback said.
