HART — A 19-year-old Hart man faces a maximum sentence of life in prison for a felony charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC).
Gilberto Miguel Colon, of 3461 N. 72nd Ave., was arrested, April 6, by Michigan State Police after a warrant was issued by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office, according to his court file.
Colon is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old female victim in November of 2014 in Hart Township.
A preliminary conference in 78th District Court is set for Monday, April 18, at 3 p.m., and a preliminary conference is scheduled for April 25 at 3 p.m.
Colon’s bail was set at $20,000/cash/surety/10 percent, which he posted, according to the sheriff’s office.
