HART — A 20-year-old Chicago man was arrested by the Hart Police Department following a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle Thursday, April 14, at 9 a.m. in the 100 block of Lincoln Street, according to Hart Police Chief Dan Leimback.
A witness observed the suspect attempting to steal fishing equipment from an unlocked vehicle, the chief said. The suspect is being charged with attempted breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.
