Timothy James Davis, 26, of 7845 Portland Rd., Clarksville, Michigan, was arrested April 8 by the Hart post ofthe Michigan State Police for a felony of attempted common law fraud and fourth-offense habitual offender. – Esmeralda Josie Rodriguez, 17, of 3184 W. Pawnee Trail, New Era,
