HART — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

– Christopher Ora Eitniear, 49, of 8864 Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested March 30 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post, for a felony of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – force or coercion and a high-court misdemeanor of fourth-degree CSC – force or coercion. Pretrial: April 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Julie Ann LaPree, 34, of 277 N. State St., Shelby, was arrested March 31 by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of interfering with an electronic communication device and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary conference: April 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
