HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

Wilma Louise Seng, 75, of 4445 S. 198th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty April 4 of brandishing a firearm in public and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs; 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and she is ordered to transfer her gun to family within 14 days or forfeit it to the state. Three counts of felonious assault were dismissed.

Michael Lee Terryn, 43, of 2721 N. 64th Ave., Hart, was found guilty March 25 of disturbing the peace and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $400 in fines and costs. One count of drunk and disorderly and one count of trespassing were dismissed.

Anthony Holmes, 44, of 1203 E. Colby St., Apt. 205, Whitehall, was found guilty March 28 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $125 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Michelle Kay Hren, 60, of 7925 Jefferson St., Hesperia, was found guilty April 4 of operating while intoxicated and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) was dismissed.

Daniel William Waterbury, 25, of 3349 Monroe Rd., Hart, was found guilty April 4 of operating a motor vehicle without security (no insurance) and sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with sentence; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating without a license was dismissed.

Julian Tienda, Jr., 31, of 5753 W. Fox Rd., Mears, was found guilty April 4 of domestic violence and sentenced to nine days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Jail term runs concurrently with another file, and his probation was extended three months. One count of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) $200-$1,000 was dismissed.

Justin Daniel Wilson, 32, of 6507 Hancock Rd., Montague, was found guilty April 4 of operating an ORV while impaired and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; ORV license suspended 90 days; and $600 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
