HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Jared Theodore Greiner, 31, of 53 1/2 State St., Hart, was found guilty March 21 of disorderly person – jostling and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense domestic violence was dismissed.

– Leobardo Velazquez Oviedo, 23, of 35 1st St., Shelby, was found guilty March 23 of driving while license not valid and sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Faustino Montero-Crisanto, 37, of 7088 S. Clearwater Court, Rothbury, was found guilty March 18 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Kimberly Lee Dean, 41, of 2954 64th Ave., Shelby, was found guilty March 21 of two counts of DWLS and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $200 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Mark Carl Gustafson, 49, of 3563 E. Baker Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Jan. 25 of malicious destruction of trees, shrubs, crops, grass and was sentenced March 21 to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; $1,826 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Kristan Lynn Dine, 27, of 3867 Yorkland Drive, Apt. 4, Comstock Park, was found guilty March 21 of harboring misdemeanants and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $400 in fines and costs.

– Wayne Alan Hawkins, 21, of 6927 Esther Ave., Baldwin, pleaded “no contest” Feb. 22 to malicious destruction of personal property less than $200 and was sentenced March 21 to 93 days discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $200 in fines and costs. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.

– Krista Lynn Ely, 31, of 384 Main St., Woodland, Mich., pleaded “no contest” March 14 to aggravated assault and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail to ensure compliance with court orders; credit for time served if imposed; and $490 in fines and costs.
