WALKERVILLE — Bryce Chandler Fulford-Hasse, 17, of 9411 12 Mile Rd., Walkerville, was arrested March 3 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for a felony of false report or threat of terrorism, which is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

Fulford-Hasse allegedly wrote, “I’m going to blow the school away at 3:30 p.m.” on the men’s bathroom wall at Walkerville Public Schools, March 3, according to Lt. Craig Mast. He has since been expelled from school, Mast said.

The school was not evacuated, Mast said. “The sheriff’s office was confident it was a false threat,” he said.

Fulford-Hasse posted 10 percent of a $5,000 bond and was released. A preliminary conference in 78th District Court is set for March 28 at 3 p.m.
