– Kyle Nathaniel Russell, 31, of 7729 Arrowhead Dr., Weidman, Michigan, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of breaking and entering with intent with a fourth-offense habitual offender designation and a misdemeanor of false pretenses $200-$1,000.
